Match Day : All Clubs

These downloads are relevant to all clubs (both visiting and hosting matches)

• Male Declaration (PDF) Male Declaration (XLS) Male declaration for U17M, U15B and U13B. Download the Excel to fill in prior to the match and email to the host club or print out the PDF and annotate by hand. Updated for 2010.
• Female Declaration (PDF) | Female Declaration (XLS) Female declaration for U17W, U15G and U13G. Download the Excel to fill in prior to the match and email to the host club or print out the PDF and annotate by hand. Updated for 2010.
• Quad Kids Declaration (PDF). Quad Kids Declaration (XLS) U11 declaration. Download the Excel to fill in prior to the match and email to the host club or print out the PDF and annotate by hand. Updated for 2010.
• Non Scoring Declaration (PDF). Non Scoring Declaration (XLS). U20, U17, U15 & U13 Non Scorers. Download the Excel to fill in prior to the match and email to the host club or print out the PDF and annotate by hand. Hand in to the host club on the day who will assign numbers.
• Declaration Change Slips. Team Managers: use on the day to make changes to your declarations during the match.
• Athlete of the Match Nomination Form. Hand in to the host club to highlight any performances which should be considered for Athlete of the Match.

Match Day: Host Club

These downloads are mostly relevant to the hosting club for a match (visiting clubs may be interested in the field rotas)

• Computerised Scoring System (Version 3). Score fixtures on your computer / laptop. Updated for 2010.

  There are two variants of the computerised scoring system, one should be used for 6 team matches and the other for 7 team matches. In 2010 scoring for a 7 team match is 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and scoring for a 6 team match is 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1; this is the only difference between the two variants.

• Scoresheet (PDF) Scoresheet (XLS) Use the Scoresheet to record results and tally scores on the day. Either fill in the Excel version on a computer or print out the PDF version and fill in manually. Deprecated by the Computerised Scoring System, do not use this to score matches if it can be avoided.
• Field Rota (6 Team Match). Use the Fixtures page to determine your team number
