Second Oldest League Record Broken – U13B 800m

The League’s second oldest record was broken when Michael Emmanuel of Oxford City AC clocked 2:10.26 for the U13B boys 800m on his home track at Horspath. (23rd June 2024).

The previous best was 2:15.0 set by Tim Suswain of Team Solent at Andover on 2nd July 1995 – well before any of our current athletes were born! It was equalled by Harry Ware of Aldershot, Farnham & District on 26th June 2017.
